Your confirmation email was sent to the email address you used to register.
If you haven't received a confirmation email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.
If you continue to have problems, Contact Us.

First, if you can login and want to change your password, go to the My Account tab in the top menu bar and click on the Profile tab. Then reset your password.
Be sure to click "Save" at the bottom of the page.
If you do not know your password, click on the login button or click here Login.
Then click on the "Forgot your password?" link below the Login button. Then follow the instructions to reset you password.

Perhaps the quickest way is to login to FindtheSeven. Then click on the My Account tab in the top menu bar and go to the Membership tab. From this tab, you will be informed
of your membership status and given the opportunity to renew your subscription.
Additionally, an informational email is sent to your login email address at the time of your account cancellation. Upon cancellation, there are no further charges to your account.
Upon subscription expiration, your membership will revert to Free status and you can upgrade at any time.

Login. Go to My Account from the top of page menu and click on Profile. Make the changes you need and be sure to click "Save" at the bottom of the page.

From the My Account page, click on the Membership tab. At the top of the page is a Cancel Plan button. Click on Cancel Plan.
You will receive an email with Cancellation instructions.
After cancellation, there will be no further charges to your account.
Upon payment expiration, your membership will revert to Free status. When you want to write and read reviews again, simply upgrade your payment plan.

From the My Account page, click on the Membership tab. Then click on the Yearly Membership plan and follow the on screen payment instructions.
