We will cooperate with law enforcement authorities, and other governmental, administrative or regulatory agencies about our end users to the extent required by law. Examples of such cooperation include subpoenas, discovery requests, or court orders.

As for private-party litigants and others seeking information, unless compelled to do so through lawful court or administrative process, such as subpoenas or court orders, we will resist cooperation with these entities.

If we disclose user and/or advertiser information, we will disclose information only in accordance with our terms of service and applicable law.
